I've been reading posts where guys mention RTE's negatively. They wish the doc hadn't used them and/or do not understand why the surgeon did. From what I understand RTE's are used to accomplish length that is between two sizes (e.g. 21.5). Is that correct? Why does it matter if RTE's are used or not...
