Re: Surgery in 2 weeks, starting to get nervous

Hi guys I'm scheduled for surgery with Eid on Dec. 16. Starting to get scared as fuck. I have a diagnosed venous leak and definetly some damage to the base of my dick (ligaments, fascia or whatever), but i still can get erections. They are short lived and wobbly, especially at the base. I know they...

Re: Why not just get a malleable implant

So size is the only downside to a malleable implant. I'm about 7.5 inches long, unfortunately I don't know the circumference, but I'll measure it :) Do you think a malleable implant is not suitable for penises over 5 inches? Is there no chance to keep circumference and length? The other thing I want...

Did you have a consultation in Miami?
I will ask for the name of the doctor (who I know is not a urologist, but a vascular surgeon)

Re: My Penile Doppler Ultrasound Test

I cannot understand how venous leakage can be diagnosed with a penis that is not erect. This is totally wrong. I remember in my younger years how my penis used to fall off if I was startled by something or just worried, Also if I'm too out of breath.....this is also venous leakage. In my opinion, t...

Re: First time with Caverject. PLEASE , help with advice

Straight alprostadil is believed to be less likely to cause scaring or fibrosis but none are risk free. If you can tolerate straight alprostadil that's the way I'd go. I think the Caverject you will be using is better than the Caverject Impulse as it gives you more options. If you are determined to...

Re: First time with Caverject. PLEASE , help with advice

Thanks for the replies.Jimmyd 24 - I want to start with Alprostadil so I don't switch to Trimix from the beginning. Is this correct? bldoink - I will use Alprostadil, which I have to mix in a separate syringe. Caverject, but not impulse. I wanted to use 29G because I'm afraid of a thinner needle. I w...

First time with Caverject. PLEASE , help with advice

Hello, I want to try Caverject in a minimum dose (2.5 or 5 mcg), but I have a terrible fear of needles. I bought the Autoject 2 and tried it without injecting. Since I will be doing it for the first time, I will ask for advice. I would be extremely grateful. My idea is this - post 20% + erection and...

Re: My Penile Doppler Ultrasound Test

IDK guys it sounds like they don't give two poops about your tests. IMO I would think a regular erection would be needed to properly understand the flow of blood in each individual penis. Seems like common sense would say a chub or semi doesn't have all the blood in or out. So how does this all add...

Venous leakage? Trauma? Ligation? Nonsense?

I keep reading posts from many guys who still say they have venous leakage. Isn't the venous leakage a consequence of another problem? The only true venous leakage is when you are born with this venous problem with the veins. Someone on the forum wrote in great detail about how an awful lot of thing...
