Flat Fix

Question concerning the pump going flat because not enough fluid in the resivour. Since I had my implant installed I pump until the bulb goes flat, I can't get anymore fluid once it goes flat. I assume doctor didn't put enough fluid in the resivour? I assume I could get more rigidity and possibly ga...

Re: A few question regarding surgery (Dr. Kramer)

Dogface, Good news, I dreaded removing the catheter as well. I went to YouTube for a tutorial and did it myself with zero issues or pain. THe stitches Dr. Kramer uses dessolves so no need to return to get them taken out. Dr. Kramer will visit you at your hotel and discuss any questions you have when...

Re: 6 Feet Tall but Short

Lost Sheep, I agree that my surgeon didn't fit me properly, even after the revision was to correct the wrong size, short cylinders on the 1st implant. My revision went from an 18+1 to a 20+1 and is still short of the glans. The revision doctor said my previous doctor left a trap? It is still short o...

6 Feet Tall but Short

Guys How many of you have had successful revisions going from the TITAN to the LGX. My revision doctor thought my anatomy was best suited for a LGX. I was a grower, not a shower, so when considering my options, getting a Titan implant replaced free, vs. going with the cost of the LGX, he reasoned to...

Re: Implant Dr. in New Orleans

Lucky for you, Neil Baum retired. I had to have a revision immediately after he did my implant in January 2017, he undersized the cylinders by 4 cm.

Re: Titan pump like a Marble

All, I posted to this forum in an effort to gain advise as well as to educate others. I read many post on a franktalk before I made the decision to have the surgery. Many on here were instrumental in my decision to take the plunge. Rev Donnie, Merrix, Alibaba, all their post were honest post of the ...

Re: Titan pump like a Marble

Thanks for the tip ROBO, I tried everything to get the pump to function easily but no success. I still wonder if leaving my old reservoir in on my revision could be the issue. I've read a few post that the guys wanted to try vise grips, I now understand. I'm very healthy and have good hand strength,...

Re: Titan pump like a Marble

Hugh, I contacted Coloplast before my revision surgery and was told that their reps are in the OR and have the different divise sizes available after the surgeon determines the cylinder size to implant? Maybe another member can confirm if this is true, just stating what I was told. I specifically as...

Re: Titan pump like a Marble

To be clear, my 1st surgery done on January 4th 2017 was done by Dr. Neil Baum. As for asking the person who left me with a floppy head to repair it, wasn't even a remote possibility. I would never have allowed him to do the revision. After discussing my results with him at activation he acted like ...

Re: Revision waiting time

My first implant was 18+ 1 RTE which left me undersized. The implant tips didn't reach my glans which resulted in floppy head. Andrew Kramer is a class act, just call his office and he will return your call and discuss your issues and the fix.
