Re: Pump problems
I had a revision a year ago May and the implant was working perfect until last night. While pumping up, the pump bulb went flat and would not fill up. When I press the release valve the bulb goes back to round. When I then press the bulb I can feel the valve pop switching to inflate but the bulb st...

Re: Covid 19 impact on waiting times
Thanks for your replies. Yes I guess no one really knows and I can imagine it is low on the list in their eyes. Maybe i will chase them just so im at least higher on the list. I think if you dont make a fuss in the UK they will leave you waiting forever.

Covid 19 impact on waiting times
Has anyone heard how long they will delay surgeries? Or has anyone been able to get implanted during this. My 3rd revision was booked for April and now I've not heard anything.

Re: Penile implant uk
Mr David Ralph is generally accepted as the best surgeon in the UK. I am going to the US myself but Ralph is where I would go if I was getting it done here. Apparently he injured himself recently and is not operating for a bit though, just fyi. Oh how recently did this happen? He is due to do my 3r...

Re: Titan, 5 weeks post op - loose skin?
Hi. I would request an MRI. I had exactly the same problem! And 2 different surgeons told me it was fine. I've now had am MRI and shows empty space in my tunica. I was able to fold the head just like yours. I am now scheduled for revision in April. I have had such a battle with this whole thing. See...

Re: Medical negligence solicitors contacts?
Apparently according to this doctor who spoke to me on the phone. Dr Ralph has agreed the cylinders do not need to be changed now. When at first in our appointment he agreed with me which is why we did the MRI. I have already seen two doctors privately at £300 each and both have booked me back in at...

Re: Medical negligence solicitors contacts?
Thought Ralph was going to redo the whole thing for you? So did I. But I got a call today and apparently all they want to do is turn the pump upside down. They said they didn't want to replace the cylinders and offered me a glanspexy. Which I said was not acceptable they have already undersized me ...

Medical negligence solicitors contacts?
Looking for any medical negligence lawyers recommendations. Just got off the phone to uclh who are denying anything is wrong with the implant despite the MRI showing empty space at the end of the corpera and the pump being upside down. They offered to rotate the pump but not change the cyclinders. T...

Re: Penile MRI
Thanks for the reply! Guess what. 3rd revision is booked. Just had an appointment with Dr Ralph and he even said the pump is upside down and in a terrible position. But he said that my glans may always be floppy as it could be hyper mobile.. until he pulled my MRI scan up. And pointed out two dark s...
