I took my Dr.'s advice and waited the full 6 weeks as prescribed to diddle with my sack. It took a good couple to three months pulling and tugging before the pump got loose from the sack. Be patient man.

I have an AMS and it takes 10 to 13 pumps until the bulb is too hard to squeeze any more. From what I've read the Coloplast line takes about twice as many pumps. I've also read where the Coloplast has a smaller pump. BTW I'm ~17.2cm length. I have yet to measure girth.

Weed - Tends to amplify sensations
Sertraline - Delays ejaculation

Alcohol - Shut me down completely
Weed - A lot of times dissipated libido
Sertraline(prescription) - Helped a little(after implant helped immensely)

I'm thinking because the Coloplast has a smaller pump than the AMS that I have it takes more pumps. I, like gjmjo017, pump to approx 12 max. Also I'm thinking that's sort of a safety thing so one doesn't have a blowout
