Re: Lost my nerve to inject
Injecting can be painless, but not quick. I've never used an auto-injector because of the lack of control. My penis is thin enough so that I can use a 31 gauge needle (5/16in=8mm). This goes in a little easier than the 30 gauge needles. Guys with thicker penises probably need the half-inch needles. ...

Re: Might be allergic to Viagra
Someguy: My urologist once told me that Cialis is a completely different chemical than Viagra. Maybe it will work for you.
Luckily there are three or more other PDE5s.

Re: Caverject for Psychological Ed
Sean: Your post gave me a thought. Here in USA we're the inheritors of Puritanism, which the English (Hi "Never Enough" :D ) sent us a long time ago. Some of us are thus sexually embarrassed by nudity and sexuality, maybe only subconsciously, maybe consciously. This nonsense is stuck in ou...

Re: When I first found out I had PVL
Norrr: Not all urologists are interested in our ED problems. Many are only interested in prostates and kidney stones, for example. A lot of FT guys have had to interview numerous urologists to find one who will take enough time to research complicated ED difficulties, some of which might have psycho...

Re: Left and right corpus cavernosum not symmetrical?
I need about 12% more Trimix in one side to get the same erection, so I'm guessing that this corpus has more volume. Both feel the same size though, flaccid or stiff.
Urologists say that testicles have nothing to do with the penis.

Re: Onset of Old Man's Disease
BPH wakes a guy in the middle of the night to pee because the enlarging prostate pushes against the bladder, reducing its volume. ConsumerLab.com says that beta-sitosterol is good for BPH. I used saw palmetto for years to lessen this problem and was happy with it, but the beta works a little better,...

Never Enough: You might be a "Hard/Flaccid" sufferer. This curious condition has its own topic here, and there's an interesting post from another UK resident Fed1981 in that topic: "Hard Flaccid - Success Story..." 9-3-20. His original complaint was in General Discussion "27...

Re: Reinjecting if first one misses.
Lawnman: Mooseman has your pain answer. The skin layers have a fine network of nerve fibers, and you can get a needle between them. I start by walking the needle around on the skin to find a painless spot. Then push in to the second skin layer - if there's pain I pull out and start over. Eventually ...
