Ratio 1:2 proximal to distal is about thru in my case.
Titan 18+1=19
My inflated is 5.5 or ~ 14 cm.
When I deduct about1/2 for the glans , implant outside of my body is 12.5 cm.
Total of 19 cm minus 12.5 = 6.5 cm is inside the body.

My implant surgeon when I asked him about VED use after implant said it is NO-NO situation. He said pressure in VED can dislodge cylinders and RTE and it can cause Concorde syndrome in penile head.
So, I never used VED after implant.

I also have same cold feeling especially after having inflated penis for 30 minutes. When saline goes back to reservoir, I feel cold sensation in my right lower abdomen where reservoir is placed.
I also lost 17 pounds but I had cold sensation before weight loss.
