Re: Upward curve

Guess the only real question here is - did you have it before? And if not, what has changed?
Otherwise, as others have said it, your dick looks perfectly normal and indeed quite huge. If you check on Wikipedia you'll see that the majority of men have an upward curve and a few downward (like i do).

Re: Surely there are more options? I getting near implant decisions.

TBH i am not suggesting anything. It's just what i heard as reasons from my doctors as to why we can't get Trimix in Europe.
Judging by this forum, it's all bullshit...

Re: Surely there are more options? I getting near implant decisions.

@Benjohn - From what i've gathered from the different uros that i've consulted, they used to have trimix/bimix treatments in Europe before but it was banned because of the supposed damage it does to the penis tissues. Apparently the papaverine in particular tends to be quite harmful, and sadly the i...

Re: Surely there are more options? I getting near implant decisions.

I only have sex-shop type of rings, not medical grade ones. Since i have a fairly small member, it's kinda hard to find a ring that's small enough to actually be tight, so that's a problem. I have a few that work tho and sometimes i put 2 on at the same time. In my case, as i said before, they help ...

Re: Penile disuse atrophy???

AFAIK, even for healthy men nocturnal erections slowly fade away with time. I've had ED all my life but i did get "regular" nocturnals when i was in my (late)teens. Never had a "raging boner", but decent hard and standing ones were common. As time went on, i've had less, especial...

Re: Surely there are more options? I getting near implant decisions.

My personal experience with Vitaros/gel (and from what i've gathered, everyone else's here) is that it has 0 effect. It was actually removed from the public health insurance system because all trials had failed. Obviously i am not a doctor, but IMO you should DEFINATELY try the injections before ma...

Re: Long-Term Injecting Damage?

Indeed, that's why "trimix" doesn't exist anywhere in Europe anymore. Apparently they used to have it, but people would abuse the Papaverine, producing insane erections and damaging their penis. I am quite sad because of that, i'd use it sensibly... but yeah, apparently the damage IS relat...

Re: Long-Term Injecting Damage?

I've been injecting Alprostadil 2-3 times per week since 2007. So far i have 0 damage, however the injections have drastically lowered in efficiency the last ~3 years. It's pretty random tho, as sometimes they work perfectly fine, others not at all... I've posted about it a few times here, seems to ...

Re: Here to offer some hope

Could you provide a bit more information on the "pelvic floor" issue? What is it about? What causes it?
I mean, i could research it online but it'd be interesting to read an actual testimony rather than general medical stuff...
