I know that some guys leave it partially inflated all the time (because it "looks better" in the locker room etc., they say). I have heard that this does not cause anything negative, but I'm not a doctor so this is just what I've heard.

The only time I feel my implant is when I hold my penis to pee. Otherwise it's nothing I think about (and I look completely normal in the locker room and at urinals).

Mine was partially inflated after it was put in, but I don't know how much. My inflated erection (with a naturally swollen glans when aroused) is great! My doctor is wonderful and I recommend him to everybody.

I had urine leakage for 4½ months after my RP in 2000 (I've heard in prostate cancer support groups that guys have different experiences with this problem), including loss of urine during an orgasm. As I explain it to my friends, my implant doesn't change urination, orgasm, ejaculation (if you still have a prostate), or penis temperature. All it does is make your penis hard. That's it. And that's a great "it"!
