Re: Injection location
I’m kind of freaked out on some of these injection threads where guys report bad scarring early on. I’ve been injecting for 29, nearly 30 years and don’t think I have any scarring. Then again I might get unpleasantly surprises when they open me up to install an implant. I was going to have that done...

Re: Thinking about injections
I’ve been doing the injections since 1990. At first it was papaverine/phentolamine. Then prostaglandin E1. Then Trimix The. Quadmix. Now either trimix or quadmix, I have Rx for either one. Yes, they feel like a natural erection. Yes, they can contribute to delayed enaculation. That’s good if prematu...

Re: For those with position dependent erectile dysfunction
So basically this condition only gets worse I guess. No two guys are alike. I’m not a doc nor can I speak for others. But from my experience it seldom gets better if it’s related to venous leakage. Here’s my theory. Your erectile system is like a tire. A venous leak is like a nail hole in the tire....

Re: For those with position dependent erectile dysfunction
I don't think position is given anywhere near the blame it ought to receive. The first time I had the Doppler/dye/ dick X-ray study they saw a minor amount of leakage with me flat on my back during the study but the urologist doing the testing thought it was too small to be causing the ED I (and to ...

Re: Why? Not if but when. Nagging doubts.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. That’s sort of been a code I lived by. I was kind of unconventional as an Army Officer. I expected results. I loathed people who practiced management by e mail. I used to creatively figure out ways to get the rig...

Re: Swimwear after Implant
I find this thread fascinating from a cultural shift/social mores point of view. Even more so because a lot of us are near the same age. Nowadays you have women traipsing around in swimsuits that conceal nothing. That's considered ok. An older guy hits the beach in something like the first pic in th...

Re: Swimwear after Implant
I don’t understand what in your comment make you out to be horrible. You just sound eager to get on with your life. Well, Greg, the consensus view that this type swimwear makes s 63 yr old a pervert of some type is what makes me think folks will view me as horrible. Granted, I wouldn’t wear that to...

Re: Swimwear after Implant
I hate say this. It's gonna make me out to be horrible. But I'm looking at surgery in. December. I've got a drawer full of swimsuits almost exactly like that one.. I have tickets to the Caymans in March. I can't wait. Give me a stick to bite on and a slug of whiskey, let's do that surgery this after...

Re: I give up
Dear Sadguy I think you've watched a movie about my life. You've described my exact story perfectly. Oh, throw in delayed puberty and you have it 100%. But before you give up let me tell you how the story plays itself out. It's does have a happy ending and they all do live happily ever after. Late p...

Re: how to medicaid/stroke-surely there's someone?
Just for comparison purposes to other federal insurance plans, I have Tricare. (What used to be called Champus) Retired military. 23 yrs. My cost share would be $8400 but the catastrophic cap kicks in so I will only be out $3000. I'm not sure about the VA but I've never been impressed with the quali...
