Re: Implant. LGX owners

Have just had an lgx700 installed. I start cycling next week. I therefore have no insight so far, but will let you know when I start. I think pain around the sides before the tip is normal. I've heard of that before. I think the reason is that there is less resistance laterally than length wise, hen...

Re: LeRoastBeef's journal

Day 11. Just been for my first brief jont around the village. First time I have gone beyond my garden since I returned. I'm sure I have been overly cautious. My incision has knitted together well. I'm still paranoid though. Only out for 20 minutes. Kept checking everything was okay. It was. Had to h...

Re: Any limit on how many revisions a man can have?

I didn't say that the median and mean are the same thing, quite the opposite.
That was the entire point I was making, which, given the follow up responses, was a waste of time.

Re: Any limit on how many revisions a man can have?

We have to take into account that implant life expectancy has a non parametric distribution. It's more bimodal, things generally either go wrong quickly after implantation, or last 8 to10 years. That's my conclusion from reading here. The average is not that indicative of what to expect, the median ...

Re: Feel like there is a Lego brick in my scrotum.

The titan is notorious for being to form in the flaccid state to begin with. They soften up a lot over time though. Frankly, I would care as long as I'm worked during sex. Which it obviously does. The top pain will go away too over time. I'm saying this as if I'm the expert when I'm really a stage b...

Re: Feel like there is a Lego brick in my scrotum.

Well done, wolfpacker, that's you through the final hurdle. It's what it's all about after all!
The remaining pain will go in time in sure. Every time you use it and repair things will get more and more robust. Says my logic anyway.

Did you find it any different to the usual?

Re: Feel like there is a Lego brick in my scrotum.

Hi wolfpacker! That's exactly what I am doing. My friend lent me a switch. Playing supermario galaxy while reclining. Worse ways to spend recovery. It's great to hear the words of a young fella, how is it going for you now? Do you have a journal hidden away here? You don't happen to be wolfpacker th...

Re: Feel like there is a Lego brick in my scrotum.

I realise now that I should have been taking strong pain killers and just accepting that I'm going to be out of action for a while. Pretty daft to have persevered for as long I did without. Just got tramadole, it's gooooooooooood. Like a few drams in a tablet. I can see why addiction occurs. Pain is...

Re: LeRoastBeef's journal

I think some kind of local anesthetic like that which you describe would be necessary to reduce the pain. I say this as I have just taken tramadole 50mg and 1000mg of paracetamol. They didn't do much for the pain. Still pain when up and about, even for a minute. I love the affect of tramadole though...
