is an implant worth it if you already have retrograde ejaculation?
I was hoping to avoid TURP for my BPH and its inevitable retrograde ejaculation side-effect, but after trying aquablation and then consulting with a REZUM specialist he discovered that I had developed prostate stones after the aquablation and needed to undergo bi-polar TURP to get rid of the calcifi...

Which brand of BPC-157? Apparently there are fake supplements that claim to have BPC-157 but do not.

Re: does having an implant complicate prostate surgery?
Just an update: Two weeks after getting the aquablation I felt great. Two weeks after that my symptoms returned, even worse than before. Thinking that I had an overactive bladder in addition to a large prostate (which, it was assumed, was addressed) I was put on medication and finally had comprehens...

Re: Cystoscopy question
Sounds more like classic BPH and not related to the implant. The pesky prostate causes a lot of problems as we age, and even if you slice some off it keeps growing.
Re: Arthritis
truckrglenn, have you seen a rheumatologist? Arthritis will cause permanent joint damage if left untreated.

No, not even if the procedure was free. You want someone who has done this many times before and has seen many challenging situations.

Also factor in the cost over the next several decades. Perhaps your private insurance or public health system will cover the majority of the cost, but if not be ready to spend a lot of money not only on the initial implant but on future revisions, and there will some guaranteed. These devices do not...

Re: Intro & pulling down the pump.
Am I correct in stating that pulling down the pump only applies to the infrapubic procedure? I was under the impression that with the peno-scrotal procedure there is no need to do this because the pump can be installed in an optimal position.

Re: 12/30/20 TITAN Implant 25CM - Dr. Clavell
kickit40, sorry to pepper you with questions but since I'm considering an implant with Dr. Clavell and I too have to travel to see him I want to learn more about the logistics of the trip. You said you have to urinate frequently - did you have to make stops on the way back? Did you use a gas station...

kickit40, did he keep you overnight to administer IV antibiotics? Did you drive back home? How was the ride? Do you have a drain?
