No doubt different than a boob job. A hell of a lot more involved and complicated and yes, functional vs esthetic. I suppose I was kind of light heartedly making the comparison in that for a woman, her breasts are external appendages that have a lot to do with her self image and that they are common...

They use the stretched flaccid length pre-op which correlates to the maximum length the penis is able to achieve. Just hanging flaccid you may be four inches but stretched out you may be six.
