Re: 7 inches ? (Im)possible?
My surgeon absolutely refused to install the LGX for sizes over 18cm. He uses CX or Titan for that.
Re: Sizing?
Obviously these are just my observations: Like others have said the vac pump gave me more length than my natural erections. Keep using it until the day of surgery or when the surgeon suggests you stop. Hopefully have a surgeon who aggressively (but not over aggressively) sizes your cylinders and RTE...

Re: Early but not hard enough
After pumping up as much as possible, wait several minutes and you may be able to get in some more pumps. I do that 3 or 4 times and usually am able to pump more.

4 years, 7 months and it still works perfectly. Now, I just need a body implant to go with it.

Re: Now, I have kidney disease.
My daughter talked to an old retired nephrologist about me.
He said TURP surgery is the gold standard for what happened to me.
I always just thought that enlarged prostate was just a nuisance.

Re: Now, I have kidney disease.
I haven't taken any of the ED oral drugs in years. My kidney problem was due to urine backing up to the kidneys due to the enlarged prostate. More labs late this month should tell how I'm faring.

Re: Now, I have kidney disease.
I had a setback on Friday. I self-tested for Covid and am positive. I think it's like an upper respiratory infection on steroids. I seem to be recovering quickly, but now Barb has it. She has totally different symptoms. I guess that's one of Covid's trademarks. Everyone probably reacts to it differe...

Re: Reservoir placement
I don't believe the reservoir can be preconnected to the pump.
I have no idea where my reservoir is, and I weigh 140 pounds now.

Re: Now, I have kidney disease.
I was encouraged. We went grocery and Costco shopping today, and I never got tired. A couple weeks ago, that would have worn me out.
I'll play golf again on Monday and that should be another test.
I think I'll get over this. For a while, I wasn't sure.

Re: Now, I have kidney disease.
I saw my neph again yesterday. I was thinking that things wouldn't go well since I haven't seen a dietitian that they kept pushing, and I've been eating normally except for no NSAIDs, cola, beer, and minimal red meat. He looked at my labs and also agreed if my numbers keep improving, I can go on liv...
