Man, tempted to take a Vegas-style guess here but there are too many factors in play. The biggest question might be - what was your size pre-implant? And is that a recent measurement or one many moons ago, before the causation of your need for an implant presented? Help us out if you want an honest ...

Dr. Hakky is indeed well-regarded in these parts. And he won't be implantting you if you are not a good candidate, so no harm in chatting him up.
