Re: Loss of length

With first implant I did not lose much. With my revision, I lost a lot of length. It was not a question of no erections causing atrophy. I went into surgery with an implant stuck partially inflated at 8.5”. I came out of surgery and still with 6.5”. Not sure why as revision implant was actually larg...

Re: Airport security

I also got a card with my AMS, but did not receive one with revision to Titan. I was never asked for a card or asked anything other than “Is this you?” when the agent pressed both hands alongside my dick which printed the outline. Not a big deal, but repeated pat downs led to awkward explanations to...

Re: Revision surgery in 15 months: pl advise

In my case revision with a larger implant (24+1 to a 26 cm) resulted in loss of over one inch. I don’t get it but that was the result.

Re: Guys who had 5 inches girth or more who got an AMS

I lost a lot of girth with AMS. I was 8.5 inches length with less than 5 inch girth. A real pencil dick. On revision to Titan, I got back all my original girth and more. On the down side I lost an inch plus on the switch to Titan. My cycling regimen has resulted in further girth improvement (not nee...

Re: Curious Question. Erection (inflated) - Peeing

After my revision, my urine stream launches in a wide spray and at 45 degrees to port. Surgeon recommended leaving partially inflated to straighten the stream.

Re: TITAN XL Revision / BENT When Soft??

I have the same bend when soft. It is more comfortable when I pump enough to push out the bend, but the visibility is more prominent.

Re: What is the first thing you thought after waking up after your implant operation?

1: I’m so tired. 2: Where am I? 3: My dick hurts. 4: Oh yeah, surgery. That was fast. On my revision, the Dr did not insert a catheter. I was advised if I could show them I could pee, they would send me home without catheter. I struggled a bit, and I was still woozy, then peed over everyone and ever...

Re: Implant quit working

I had the same gurgling flat bulb failure. I can say the 2nd surgery is about 50% as difficult as the first for me. My issue has been that I lost 1/2 inch on first implant and 1 inch on second. This even with a device upsized by 2 cm. Good luck with your revision.

Re: Video inflating

This was when I was almost to 9 inches. It looked longer due to lack of girth. Also the flaccid length was the same as erect length. It was an AMS 700 24 cm with 2 .5 cm RTEs which was a special order. My replacement is a Titan 26 cm. Titan offers larger sizes. Still working to get back my length. N...

Re: Removing AMS 700 replacing with TITAN Implant

I did exactly this update from AMS 700 to titan. My girth is greatly improved with Titan. I did lose an inch with revision implant and cycling hard to gain it back. Titan is more difficult to deflate but not a big deal. Also a bit more crinkly when deflated but again not a big deal.
