I have the same size titan and don’t recall the reservoir capacity or the amount filled, but the surgeon told me she went 25cc beyond the recommended fill to level for the 26cm. She does this to accommodate for the stretch which happens over time. No downside to a bit of extra fluid in the tank.

When my AMS failed at 3 years, I believe the device was under warranty. The revision doctor wanted to switch me to Titan to eliminate the need for RTE’s. Not sure if unique, but my flaccid length is slightly longer than my erect length. When inflated the penis gets much wider and pulls back about one cm.

Had both. Titan is harder but that puts it as ludicrous hard. AMS is harder than any natural erection and more natural when soft. I have titan now but preferred the AMS, notwithstanding the fact that it lasted only 3 years.

Insurance coverage and approval are separate things. My insurance would cover implementation but it was several cycles of proving I had exhausted all other forms of treatment before they would authorize. My initial surgery was postponed by Dr twice before the approval was granted.

Both were exceptionally ridged. Perhaps the Titan more so due to the shorter and wider outcome. At this point I am having an issue with the Titan pump not always pushing fluid into the cylinders. I can feel the reservoir tube vibrating as the pump pushing backwards into the reservoir on most attempt...

Just to set an expectation of erection appearance after implant, in my case it not as full or as round or as high or as long as my original erection. It is going to be hard and it is going to stay hard! I did my best to scale pictures from before and after.

I have similar dog ear with Titan. The discomfort lessens with time but has not gone away completely. Most comfortable for me is to inflate to the point that the ear straightens and wear underwear that holds the penis down the leg.
