Re: New to FT from SC
Jetson: Five years is much too long to get T right! I've been taking synthetic testosterone for 20 years and it has been the simplest thing for me. I started with twice-a-month injections of T in peanut oil. Some years later I discovered the gel made in a compounded pharmacy, which I smear on my ski...

Re: Fed up
pete: Another thought: Get your testosterone checked - if it's low, you will be depressed and won't be able to think straight. See my signature. It's a simple blood test. Go to an emergency room if there's a long NHS wait; tell 'em you're anxious and depressed and you want T measured. You had ok sex...

Lost Sheep is right: wrong urologists. I see you're in UK and have gone to NHS. I used to go to the free health service here in USA for military veterans, but the quality of their work was not good, so now I go to private doctors and get much better help. Maybe you can afford a private urologist. Ha...

Re: Would You Buy Trimix During Summer?
I've traveled with Trimix which got up to room temperature for 3-4 days. No change in effectiveness.

westerntown: Get testosterone checked. You're depressed, and low T might be a cause (see my signature), among your physical problems.

Re: Sex Therapy for couples recovering from ED
Couple of classic books which you might find useful: For her: "The Joy of Sex," Alex Comfort, now in third edition (2009) For you: "She Comes First: The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman," Ian Kerner. All about cunnilingus. These are for all ages, but I'm sure there are ...

Re: Preventing Fibrosis/Scarring from injections
I use the thinnest needles available (31 gauge), unless I'm injecting a location where I need a long needle, then I have to use a 30 gauge. I pull my flaccid length to its full extension, figuring that I intercept less tissue. I also bend my shaft around a finger a little, giving me a convex surface...

Re: Testostersone
I find that T gel from a compounding pharmacy is the easiest and cheapest. They buy the ingredients by the barrel and put it in a little plastic dispenser which pumps out the amount the doctor wants. It's portable and very convenient for travel. After my evening shower, I smear one pump worth on abo...

Re: Hello from the U.K.
Niall: Get testosterone up toward the middle of the normal range. That the first item of business! There's no masculine functioning without proper T (see my signature). I don't know how NHS works but an endocrinologist is the best specialist to see for this. If there's a long wait, maybe you have th...
