The correct way has always been the pubic bone pressed measurement.
Which you do by pressing the ruler along the top of your penis and press to the pubic bone.

The two ways you posted are both wrong, every one needs to measure the same way or your can't compare results.

I've a titan, 18 with 5 RTEs and have soft glans, I'm about 6.8 inch's.

If I force blood into my glans I'm at 7.
Size does go's up or down, depending on if I'm sitting/lying down when I'm measuring.

I'm confused,

Donnie's signature says (18cm x 12mm with 5.5cm RTEs )
That makes 23.5 which could easily reach the 7.5, with glans engorgement.

Looks like your short changing yourself on your measurements.
Try measuring with a hard ruler and push it in to your pelvic bone.

Its called a bone pressed measurement, because that's what you supposed to do.

Looks like you holding your tape about an inch away from your body.
