Re: Tolerance to cialis.
I am confused that your urologist says that a problem with veins is not organic. Maybe this is a translation issue from your original language to English. To me, veins are part of the body and, hence, are organic. The fact that you can get a better erection in some positions than in others sounds to...

Re: Howdy from west Central Texas
The ultimate solution for a venous leak is an implant. In the mean time, I have a suggestion that may be some help. Some of the men on this site have reported that a constriction ring helps give a better erection in cases with a venous leak. Depending on how bad the leak is, you may not need the rea...

Look in the section on Anorgasmia for a discussion of how increasing amounts of Trimix lead to delayed ejaculation. Since a longer time to ejaculation is what you want, then, for you, what is an unwanted side effect for those with delayed ejaculation may be just the thing.

Bremelanotide (Vyleesi) and Delayed Ejaculation
The FDA has just approved bremelanotide (brand name Vyleesi) for female hyposexual disorder. Bremelanotide has been around for more than a decade; there are several threads on FrankTalk about men using it. One thing that is not clear to me from the previous discussion is whether bremelanotide would ...

Canadian pharmacies
There have been many discussions on Franktalk about getting less expensive ED medications from foreign suppliers that advertise on the Web. I have always been leery of this because you might not be dealing with a legitimate pharmacy. On August 22, 2019, there was an article in the LA Times about buy...

Re: Gaineswave Vs. Shock wave
At my last appointment with Dr. Irwin Goldstein, we discussed low intensity shock wave therapy, which they now offer at San Diego Sexual Medicine. According to Dr. Goldstein, the Gainswave treatment is not the same as the one he offers using the Urogold 100 LiSWT system. He thinks the Gainswave trea...

Re: Delayed Ejaculation - New Forum
In reply to Masonjames, I have two suggestions. First, if you repost your message in the new area, that may help in getting more replies. Second, there is a lengthy thread in that area on precisely this topic; some of the comments there may provide some help for you.

Re: Delayed Ejaculation - New Forum
Paul--
Thank you so much for adding this new forum. I really appreciate having this area to draw together posts that were scattered throughout the other areas. I agree with Bldoink that DE is often intertwined with ED; that certainly is the case for me.

Flavio-- Following an old link on Franktalk.org, there is a pharmacy that advertises apomorphine on their Web site: https://www.cfspharmacy.pharmacy/apomorphine-compounded I know nothing about this pharmacy except what I saw on their Web site. As with most compounding pharmacies in the US, they prob...

Re: low t at 23? HELP
In response to Flavio's statement about TRT, here is one person who has had positive results from it for the last 18 years. This includes increased energy, increased muscle mass and increased libido. One does have to be careful to just do a reasonable amount and not overdose like some of the muscle ...
