I am right at 4 weeks myself. My surgeon left me 50% inflated right after surgery but deflated me the next day. To tell you the truth, I could not tell much, if any, difference. Pre implant I was a boxer guy but post implant I am wearing briefs. My dick is sill pointing about 4:30 so it is more comfortable keeping it up against my body pointed to the right. Whenever the natural hang comes back I will probably switch back to boxers.
