I am paying about $7.50 for a full injection of 100 units (yes, 100) that lasts just over an hour. I can get away with using half as much of the medication for a quickie solo session, dropping the price to $3.75 for that activity.

I wouldn't worry about the medicine degrading. I've accidentally left vials out of the refrigerator overnight and noticed no difference in performance the next time I injected. Trimix dosages are all over the map. Everybody is potentially different. I have a 30-1-10 standard formula and use up to 100 units. Others may need only 20 or 30 units. You just have to work with your doctor and be happy for what works for you.
