Has anyone ever been cured of this problem? Either with surgery or by fixing the plaque build up. I am showing signs of erections. But restriction bands and pumps are the only way I achieve an erection except for BiMix.

I read that doing Kegels would help with venous leakage, Going to the Euo this week will ask those questions and get back to group.

Thanks for the prompt reply I'm working with PEGym right now for a year to gain both girth and length so if I loose any it won't kill me.

Hi for all of you who have one of these did you realise any size in girth or length due to the implant. Larger or smaller?

I just went to my Euro with the same problem but I don't have an implant. Leakage when erect with BiMix. What they told me was the prostate pushed up against the bladder and allowed it to completely drain, but now that it gone it creates a little sack at the bottom that has a little pee left in it. ...

I am just starting a PE routine to gain both length and girth. Currently I'm using BiMix for erections but if I choose to move to an implant will there be any reduction in length? How does girth work with these units. Is there a best one to buy?
