Re: My Uro Prescribed Tesosterone Cream - Some Questions
3) My uro warned me against being prescribed long-lasting T injections which are prohibitively expensive. On the order of $2,000. Why is it so expensive?? I'm another guy paying about $60 for six months of T injections. They're self-injected, of course. I suspect that's also true of the other FT me...

Re: How to inject discretely
Does anyone know of a small beer cooler type device that I can possibly keep inside bathroom closet and that should keep the syringes cool. Do a search on this site for "Frio." It is one type of small, portable cooling device. The several threads where it is mentioned have other guys chimi...

Re: Tolerance to cialis.
There's no easy way to know if we developed tolerance to a drug, or if the condition that caused our ED in the first place is now worsening.

Re: Trazdone
In the early stages of my ED, I was on trazodone for several years in the '80s. It helped. But over time my ED worsened, and I moved on to viagra and cialis, and eventually to injections. My recollection is that the doc who prescribed the traz told me that it was basically a sleep aid or tranquilize...

Re: Trimix bimix prices gathered from pharmacies
GoodWood, It's always been my understanding that it's ethically questionable for a doctor to refuse to provide a prescription copy so that the patient can deal with the pharmacy of his/her choice. This is just an impression — I've never seen it in writing anywhere. Perhaps some FT member has more de...

Re: warning Quad mix has probably given me heart damage
Zeck, Don't assume that because pills are failing for you, trimix won't work for you. Just a guess, but I'd venture to say that somewhere close to 90 percent of the successful trimix users on this board started on pills and moved to injections after the pills quit working. There are, of course, a si...

Re: My Urologist - Top Rated - Told Me I can Inject Once Every 24 Hours -- No Problem?
My uro also says once every 24 hours is fine. I inject at that interval most often when partner and I are on vacation. Have gone 10-12 days consecutively, without ill effect.

Re: Best Small Cooling Pouch for Trimix/ Portable?
Frio pouches worked quite well for me, including one 5-day trip in which I stayed in a room with no fridge.

Re: Best Small Cooling Pouch for Trimix/ Portable?
The Frio pouches have worked well for me. They come in several sizes, including a rather small one. For travel via aircraft, I staple a small laminated copy (the prescription label) of my script to the pouch. TSA and customs inspectors regularly see diabetics and other people traveling with injectab...
