I don't have a Titan, I have a CX by AMS but I would think the principles would be the same. While they say to press the button and it will auto deflate, Dr. Knoll who activated me says to hold the button while squeezing the penis. This gets all the fluid out better than just letting it auto deflate.

I was outpatient for both my implant and my revision. There's not really a need for an overnight in normal circumstances.
