Re: Ladies Thoughts
There are two different blood supplies to the penis. One supplies the cavernous tissue(erection) that supply is destroyed during the cylinders being placed. The second is completely different and supply the engorgement of the glans and what gives you roundness of the shaft. I notice a good bit of e...

Re: Partially inflated semi-floppy glans
Hard to say this early in the recovery. Time will tell and I sure don’t think the implanting Dr would in any way admit to an issue upon inspection. As the cylinders break in they will extend some and then you’ll know for sure but again time will tell. In any case, it is quite a small issue (its not...

Re: couple questions, stretch test, revisions, weightlifting, underwear, etc
Hello, first of all please forgive me for my English. Can you please help me understand some questions about inflatable implants? Context: I am a 27-year-old who has been suffering from erectile dysfunction my whole adult life. The reasons are unknown and I am unable to reach and maintain a full po...

Re: Has anyone worn or know the difference between the AMS LGX Vs the Coloplast titan in terms of rigidity?
From all I’ve read on here for many years I’ve never heard anyone say that their implant wasn’t hard enough when inflated! No matter what kind or length. I’ve heard complaints of possible undersizing where the glans is floppy but never a single comment about the implant not being regid enough. I thi...

Re: Implant Questions
Some of the top surgeons can fix these conditions along with installing an IPP. Perito has a video that addresses some procedures that he uses as does Clavel. I believe one of them do a scratch technique that actually breaks up the scar tissue that is causing the curvature. I believe in mild cases t...

Re: Ladies Thoughts
Subject has came up several times over the years. Lots of input from wives has made its way on here. My wife was brutally honest about mine and at the beginning she couldn’t get her head around the thought that your not excited to be with me but just pumped up… as in fake hard on over time she has ...

Re: Sore testicles?
My most common comment when I respond is time and cycling will cure most issues. Yes, they will be sore as they have a new uninvited guest but he will be welcome as time goes by. Mine never hurt bad or swelled at all but it got very tender as I started to cycle. It took several months to get to wher...

Re: Green light for cycling the device at 23rd day
I have a coloplast Titan but have heard similar stories about both. Yes, my first few cycling was barely 3-4 pumps. Did this for a couple weeks and would add pumps as I could then about 4-5 weeks in I started the perito exercises and was able to add pumps about 1-2 more every week or 2. By 4-5 month...
