It was never suggested by my surgeon that scarring would be a problem, and it wasn’t.

I injected for 20 years and obviously had scarring. Received implant in early February and gave had zero issues. Working like a charm!

Although my implant was done infrapubicly, I would say what you’re experiencing is pretty normal. You’ll probably be surprised the changes (for the better) in another week.

Numbness isn’t unusual. It can take several weeks to start getting the sensation back, and it may be a gradual thing.

I don’t believe that 11 weeks is all that unusual. People heal at different rates. I’ve seen a couple of posters say it took them several months. Probably not real common but also not unheard of.

I would say what you’re experiencing is quite common post-op.

Sildenafil (60mg) has been a help to me, since the implant.
