All of the injection meds are potency and dose dependent. You obviously didn't get the ideal dose and/or potency in the doctor's office. It can take some time to titrate to the correct potency and dose.

I'm a bit confused. So he sent in a script for straight alprostadil but you're insisting on trimix? Why? Give the alprostadil a try. I've been using it for over a decade and it works great for me.

It does list straight PGE. It's in the block titled "Bimix and more". It lists 3 strengths, 40mcg/ml, 80 mcg/ml and 150mcg/ml.
