I have about a 6.5 in circumference and the 2.5 in cylinder is comfortable. A 2.25 in cylinder is not comfortable for me.

Yes, the Manhood has to be removed to pee. An inconvenience but becomes routine. There is a about an 8 or 9 inch ribbon sewn to it so it doesn't fall off and out of your pants. I pin the ribbon with a safety pin and it stays handy for the time I'm urinating.
