Not to sure you will find a surgeon that will go along with that problem,it’s for someone who can’t get an erection not pre mature ejaculation!

In my opinion you should be 100% committed to IPP surgery,if not hold off,you can always reschedule!Your doctor has a good reputation and I’m sure you would have a good outcome,but again if you’re not committed to it,hold off and get other opinions!Just my two cents.I love mine!

The biggest factor on this entire discussion is the surgeons ability to determine the correct size implant as close as he can.They Will error on the smaller size rather than select one that is too long.High volume surgeons get really good at sizing the patient and usually don’t need more than two RT...

In most cases with a good cycling regimen it will!Be patient!!!

When you are going to get an implant, there are lots of things to worry about. You would worry about being undersized or oversized, rigidity, concealment, infection, pump placement, length, girth, etc. If you left all these things behind and focused on the RTE, then you are worried about the wrong ...

I would just say don't expect girth to be the same immediately after surgery. I was implanted with Hakky 9 days ago. My girth went from 5.4 inches to 4.5 inches now at max inflation. I think I'll get it back...I have a Titan 24 which obviously is capable of 5.5 inches, but it's going to be a while ...
