Re: Rookie
Thomas, That's great news...without meds! I'm approaching 18 months, post-RP. Without repeating my whole ED trip so far, one thing I can say is for the longest time it seemed like I'd almost take a step forward and sometimes 2 back, sometimes 2 forward and 1 back. That is, a lot of inconsistent impr...

Re: new member intro
Hi Jim, Welcome! I'm 55 now and here due to ED following an open RP. It looks like cialis/pump is working for you OK? ED oral drugs (levitra, 10 mG) is now working for me pretty consistently. I tried the oral drugs for several months on/off after surgery and they really didn't do much. About 9 month...

Re: Rookie
Hey Rubber, Welcome here! You're pretty early in your recovery and if you're getting any stirrings down under already, you are doing well. I had my surgery in May 2009. It wasn't until after 5 months of trimix that oral ed drugs did anything (which is just recently). Patience and an ed doc/uro can h...

Re: What's Your Idea for New Members
A couple of comments... I was on chat today and there were several others on at the same time. A good portion of the subject matter and discussion were things that maybe could be on the discussion forums (instead of just in chat) as individual threads, or posts in response, that are archived for new...

Re: Our partners
How many of you feel somewhat isolated from your partner in this battle? My wife has been very supportive and understanding. She was never directly involved when I was doing the injections or pumping...she told me the thought of me poking my pecker with a needle made her cringe. She kindly told me ...

Re: My ED journey, so far
Jeff, During a period from about last summer until not too long ago, I was feeling pretty crappy about this and the cancer in general. What's been happening to me recently has certainly improved my outlook a lot in some aspects! Maybe at least this can give a little boost to all guys with ED and, fo...

My ED journey, so far
Hi Guys, Things are improving and I thought I'd post my experience so far... I had nerve sparing surgery for prostate cancer in May 2009. Prior to surgery, I had absolutely no problems. I could get an erection on demand, all the time and anytime and even sometimes when I didn't really want or need o...

Re: A good step forward
My initial post here may have been misunderstood. I was not doing trimix and levitra at the same time. Actually my ED doc strongly discouraged me from doing that. I was getting so sensitive to my trimix that I decided to try just some levitra I had left over from last year...it didn't work back then...

A good step forward
Since my last post, I've used trimix at about 0.02 mL a couple times. My sensitivity to trimix is very high now with both injections resulting in over 3 hour erections and painful response to the alprostadil in the trimix. My trimix prescription was diluted to 50% with a saline solution, so trying t...
