I am going on five years now and my Titan isn’t an issue anymore. It did take time to soften but it will and regular use probably has helped it along. The Mrs still says I pump too much so try just making it hard enough to penetrate. I have posted photos but now not noticeable in jeans, shorts, etc....

Best wishes and I found my surgery and care great with mine four years ago. Other than ice to sit on you should be fine. We stayed where most patients do so they were used to rooms needed ice. Follow his advice and soon you will be having fun.

Dr Perito did mine four years ago. Horizontal just like his photo and also had a drain. I posted surgery photos back then.

Agree with other guys about feeling tubes. Almost four years and never notice now, nor does the Mrs. Infrapubic of course actually one tube makes a slight bump above penis.

I had a Triumph Street Triple after my implant and didn’t have any issues riding. Sport bike style seat and tank. Decided old bones would take too long to heal.

Best I’ve found is to slowly pump up while getting oral.

Experiment to us it’s all good.

Hey guy been thinking about you May is almost here. Really happy things are going well and easy recovery. If memory is correct seems like Dr Perito cleared me for cycling and “gentle” sex at the same time but everyone heals differently.
