That is a very low mix you have there. From what I've read here, it does lose effectiveness after some time, so you will need to increase your dose. However, increasing the mix will keep the doses down, and the cost to you. It's a journey, that's for sure.

I recently had my 1-year uro visit and asked to up the formula from 30/1/40 (papa./phento./prost.) While the uro was game, the pharmacy I get it at doesn't go higher than 30/2/40. Going from 40 units to 50 to 60 doesn't make much difference in rigidness, just a bit more time, which is not necessary....

I assume you are speaking in units (no more than 5 units?) and not ml. Because 5 units is very little. 5 ml would take down an elephant. Yes, the common warning is only once in 24 hours and up to 3 times a week. I've been on Trimix for about 2 years now. Started with Bimix and wasn't very effective....
