Re: Doctor inattention
Lost Sheep I too was very concerned about the sizing of the corpus cavernosa (cc) so I asked my doc to walk me through it...essentially, they insert a tool into the cc to measure it...the tool looks like a metal cylinder/rod that has graduated markings on it...and this is only done while you are und...

Re: new member just had implant surgery on 8/31/16 feels like i got kicked by a bull
The pain and tenderness will go away in time...patience is the best medicine...everyone heals at their own pace...for me, it was 2 weeks before the pain dissipated...and 5 weeks before the swelling receded enough to feel the pump and release button. Sounds like you are on a normal path to healing......

Lost Sheep
Yes, I got an erection, but I figured it was only about 70% of what I was hoping for...maybe it takes daily cycling according to the protocol to get maximum firmness in the erection?

Re: Deflate-> Pain similar to squeezing testicles?
Thanks, David
I was able to get the ball to "pop" today and then gave it 3-4 pumps before the ball firmed up and could not be pumped anymore...is this normal for the first cycle?

The pic showing your post op bruising and swelling look very much like my experience...good news is it goes away over 2-4 weeks time, but at first, it looks pretty awful...nothing to worry about...some of us bruise more than others!

Re: Deflate-> Pain similar to squeezing testicles?
PC newbie You are not alone...I am 4 weeks post op and have found that my scrotum is still very tender as the swelling is receding slowly around my testicles. I can feel the ball of the pump but can't yet locate the deflate button due to the swelling in my scrotum. And I won't inflate until I am sur...

Re: Do you keep your implant totally secret?
My wife of 28 years knows...but when several office mates asked me questions on why I had surgery, I told them it was another in a series of hernia surgery's that I have had over the years...this seemed to satisfy their curiosity and I spared myself from having to tell several of the ladies that I h...

Re: Late incision bleed advice
Mouseco I too am on daily Coumadin and also suffer from type 2 diabetes...so the slow healing with bleeding/spotting could be due to the other medical issue I have... I have just reached the 4 week post-op point (AMS 700 LGX) and hope I don't have to wait till the 10 week mark for everything to heal...

Re: Semi-painful
I am 4 weeks post-op with an AMS 700 LGX implant...the pain/discomfort of the partially inflated penis lasted about 2.5 weeks for me...but it does get better with time. At 4 weeks post op, the pain/discomfort of the partially inflated penis has now disappeared... I am sure that when I start cycling,...

Late incision bleed advice
At the 3 week post op mark, my lateral scrotal incision began to bleed at the very corner of the incision...just a slow drip actually. I was on a business trip and had done nothing out of the ordinary to cause the bleeding to occur. So, as soon as the plane landed, I got over to a local CVS and pick...
