Lost Sheep
I do need to get a jock-strap or briefs with more support...right now, the 100% cotton fruit of the loom "tighty-whities" get sweat soaked and allow the penis to reposition during the workout.

Re: Feeling the presence of the implant
Like the others, I notice it when I pee...with the oft described post-pee dribble... I also notice it in the gym when doing fast paced interval training sessions...the deflated penis somehow goes from the "down-tuck" to a 3-O'clock pointing straight out position... This makes me self-consc...

Re: Changes in seamen after implant surgery...
I have not spoken with my Urologist about this...yet. A few details: I was implanted with AMS 700 LGX on July 29, 2016 and I am a 55 yr old type II diabetic with artificial aortic heart valve. I don't think anything is "broken" but at the same time, the color change and consistency made me...

Changes in seamen after implant surgery...
I noticed that my seamen has changed since my implant surgery... Before my vasectomy, it was creamy and white...but afterwards, it changed to a clearish white and was not as creamy in consistency. Now that I have recovered from my implant surgery, my seamen has changed again...now it's a looser brow...

I agree, my pump is positioned for best access and it's easy to cycle the implant...especially now at 12 weeks post-op, all the swelling is gone and the release button is easy to find and operate.

Re: How long were you sore?
I am positive the implant is correctly installed, but with a flaccid penis that either hangs to the left or right, the connection nodes of the implant show as "ears" near the base of the penis...as others have reported, the "ears" are a common occurrence when flaccid...but when t...

Re: How long were you sore?
My pump hangs down in the middle and bottom of my sack...the right and left testicles are set higher than the pump...does not look anything like My normal pre-implant scrotum, but it's my new normal...my wife has been skittish to get it on as she says the "bolts" at the base of my penis (f...

Re: Getting nervous
Yes, my scrotum also was swollen after implant surgery...but it decreases over several weeks and then you are at least 90% on the road to being normal.

Re: 32 year old. 11+ years with ED. Finally bit the bullet.
Patience is your best friend during the healing post op period... When I could finally feel the pump, I could not feel the release button as the "mass" of swollen tissue above the pump essentially hid that portion of the implant...but it will dissipate with time...just be patient. I am 8 w...
