Re: jock strap, aka athletic supporter

Just one more point of view. I was not placed in a supporter, rather, I was wrapped, and then taped with my penis pretty much sticking straight out. As soon as the catheter came out and I needed to pee, I definitely used the urinal, as I couldn't point my penis anywhere near the toilet. It was easie...

Re: Foley Catheter really necessary?

From what I understand, the placement of the Foley catheter is important to identify the location of the urethra when doing the corporotomies using the peno-scrotal approach. It provides a landmark to help avoid accidental incision into the urethra. I had one with my implant surgery, it was inserted...

Re: DD Bryan. My implant journey .

Donnie, What a difference a month makes. I remember where you were a month ago, wondering about implants, which kind to get, all the concerns about the surgery and healing involved, and whether or not you should go ahead and get it done now or wait for a couple of years. You're obviously "over ...

Re: DD Bryan. My implant journey .

Yes, Donnie, there is often some residual erectile function even after implant. They do not touch the corpus spongiosum (which supplies some erectile function and glans engorgement). Additionally, my doctor told me that if ED was caused by venous leak, that the implant would sometimes "seal up&...

Re: How long for post-surgery implant cycling?

A little different experience here, my doc wanted to start cycling me at 9 days, but it was just too painful for me. As I've mentioned before, I thought I was going to levitate off the exam table and go through the ceiling. So they postponed it a week, and began cycling at 16 days. Started then and ...

Re: DD Bryan. My implant journey .

Hey Donnie, I know what you mean, 'not as easy as it looks', but I assure you, it will get to be second nature to you quite soon. I've shown some of the guys on cam in the chat room how easy it is to pump mine up and deflate it. They are all quite surprised at how quickly it can be done. I estimate ...

Correlation between RTE's and Deflation?

There have been many posts regarding "auto-inflation" or "backflow" after deflating the implant. I have experienced this myself, but there are also men who have no problem deflating resulting in a natural looking flaccid penis. So I began wondering if the guys who have no 'backfl...

Re: Coloplast Titan Touch

Give it time, it will loosen up and get softer. Takes a different amount of time for each, but it will happen. And it will likely happen all of a sudden, like one time it will be hard as a rock, and the next time and from then on, it will be softer and easier to pump.

Re: Decision Time

Interesting..... so the thing doesn't rub up against your testicles or anything. Does it ever feel like you're gonna' squash your testicles when you lay down in a certain way, or anything like that? Nope, not at all for me. I don't have "low-hangers" anyway, so it's not a problem. My test...
