I would try pills+injection combo. Maybe with 50 mg sildenafil. Take the pill first and wait that your dick reacts to the medicine and gets a little bloated. Then it is easier to shoot the injection.

Your case sounds like a venous leak to me. It will not get better. It will get worse.

I don't know about Trimix but Invicorp must be stored in a fridge. So if you are travelling that is a problem.
