Re: The ring is somewhat uncomfortable - normal
You should try the largest rings first and see if they will hold an erection for around 5-10 minutes. If not, move to a smaller size. I have a severe venous leak and use two rings that work well. Additionally, using two allows you to use a larger size. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of trial and erro...

Re: Suggestions of questions at next Uro follow up
The VED will work, but it will take practice. I suggest you request your urologist bring someone from a VED company to demonstrate how it works on you. You don't have to buy their VED, but it will give you confidence that it will work.

Re: Penile Sleeve Questions
I have not used the sleeve yet, but the instructions say it has the following benefits: 1) Produces a better seal and requires much less lubricant to make the seal 2) By spreading the constriction over a wider area, it supposedly reduces or eliminates the hinge effect 3) More comfortable to use when...

Penile Sleeve Questions
Just received the U and Me Time penile sleeve and it says you should run through hot water and stretch for 2-3 minutes before using each time. Is this really needed? Seems like it will kill the mood. Also, do you still use your VED's adapter bushings (i.e. circular insert you put at end of cylinder)...

Re: 40 year old with ED since 20. Hello
Welcome! I also had the same experience when I first attempted sex in my early 20s. Unfortunately, the pills stopped working for me in my late 20s. Now, in my early 40s.

Re: Video Giving Tips on Using a VED
I don't use the Osbon rings, but do something similar with my Pos-T-Vac ones. Pull open the ring from the inside for a few seconds to let some blood roll out and then take off. Also, I leave the condom on which helps protect myself if the rings rubbed while I pulled them off.

Video Giving Tips on Using a VED
Nice video giving some practical tips on using an Osbon VED. Much of it is applicable to other devices.
Interesting to see the Osbon EZ-rings seem to make the device work similar to a Vacurect.

Re: Need help with the cylinder size!
I think most VEDs have an 8 inch cylinder. Since you may be a little longer with the device, it may be close. Luckily, a lot of the VEDs allow you to purchase a larger cylinder. My suggestion would be to call the company you plan to purchase from and give them your measurements. Am I correct that yo...

Re: Young with severe ED need advice.
I have had severe venous leak since I became sexually active in my early 20s. After many failures, I could make it work with Yohimbine (prescribed by my urologist) and my girlfriend (who previously gave birth) at the time manually stimulating and stuffing my semi-erect penis in. Muse and injections ...

Re: missionary position after pump ?
I've had no problem doing missionary without using a sleethe. That being said, I do have to be careful inserting and use my hand to guide it in.
