Re: A first time poster on the chopping block in 3 weeks

Hi, I am really considering an implant and trying to gather as much info as possible. Just wondering if you would be so kind as to elaborate on the shortcomings you have encountered? 1. Risk of device failure. My first failed after 3 years. More expected. 2. Loss of the experience of a growing hard...

Re: A first time poster on the chopping block in 3 weeks

I am curious about how this might be a considerable mistake. Hello TF I can appreciate your frustration. I offered my advice because 1. You said you can get a good erection solo. 2. You acknowledged it’s likely in your head. 3. Nowhere did you say that among all the interventions you tried, counsel...

Re: A first time poster on the chopping block in 3 weeks

Hi and welcome.
I’ll be brief, if you can confidently get a satisfactory erection on your own, I would look at solutions that address your head worries first.

You would be making a considerable mistake, especially since you are married with (presumably) a supportive wife.

Good luck.

Right, no doc or facility will release you after the sedation without someone to accompany you.

Re: Another insurance question

Tobe, you really don’t give us much to go on. If you have Medicare, you’re covered. If you get your insurance from your employer, this can get tricky. Insurers offer dozens of policies to their employer clients and these policies can have specific exclusions for penile implants. The details of these...

Re: Something wrong

This sounds like a system leak I experienced last year. The entire implant was replaced.

Re: Hernia surgery after implant

Kurt,
I’m having a consult with a surgeon tomorrow on an umbilical hernia. I had my implant in Dec 2017 and a revision just this past March. Previously, I’ve had a colon resection and a prostatectomy, both laparoscopic. I will advise what I learn.

Re: Help! Titan won’t inflate...

Dear Wun, I think I can make a contribution here. First off, it’s not clear what product you have. The Titan is offered with two different pumps, at least up to recent times. Also, at this time, the product configuration is different from 22 cm cylinders and down. Above 22 cm, connections on the tub...
