Very sorry to hear about what you went through. Congratulations on taking the decision to get yourself fixed.
Recovery can be hard but you will be completely healed in a while.

Getting length back depends on a good surgeon, not the device. Yes, it definitely depends on the surgeon but considering the LGX grows in size it is also a factor. I have seen the experiences of people gaining size by cycling the titan or CX but if you look closely there are also a lot who haven't....

If it works on the same priciple, why would take less pumps to inflate. I had a look at the video the pump doesn't look too big.
