Is anyone here 100% happy? Would you do it again?

I've heard the same thing, too many and you get the "hinged" effect. The theory is that the more inflatable part that's in your body the better the erection. Some docs even cut the posterior ends to eliminate the hard plastic tips.

I've been using the X-4 Extender. You can google it. Along with the VED I have regained most of the 1 1/2 inches I lost due to deVinci prostatectomy. It works, I used it 3 hours a day.

That's a nasty antibiotic with nasty side effects, stay on it the minimal amount of time to rid yourself of the infection.

Not speaking from experience, however, through my research of implants the Coloplast is much more durable and has fewer mechanical malfunctions then the AMS. I've also read that the Coloplast gives you much more girth then the AMS. Not sure if that's true or not. Personally, I would prefer more girt...
