Re: Greg1956 Newly Implanted

What, you didn't take the disposable urinal bottle home from the hospital? It is the only way to go until you get that weapon down a little.

Re: AMS vs. Titan

From my prior investigations, I found no significant medical reasons for one over the other. That said there are a number of personal reasons for going one way or the other. On the order of concealment when flaccid, I believe that they rate AMS LGX, AMS CX, and Titan. On the order of larger availabl...

Re: Glad I am not going crazy

I have been watching this back and to about numbers of implants done in a year versus outcome and the incessant by some drum beat that if you don't go to one of the higher volume guys things won't go as well. I totally disagree with that, there are advantages to the high volume surgeons, there are a...

Re: TRT after Prostatectomy

I am not surprised that most urologists say NO to the TRT. One of the first line chemo-therapies used on recurrent prostate cancer is androgen blockade, essentially forcing testosterone to 0 to take out the cancer cells that are testosterone sensitive. It sounds like with very low T you are getting ...

Re: Some Implant Pictures,Thru 4 weeks after revision

Since it was a revision, I got the go ahead to use it at 4 weeks if it felt right.

IT FELT RIGHT!

Wife said I made her sore. It will take some getting used to new hardware and to adjust to being active again for both of us. Big grins from the both of us though.

Re: Some Implant Pictures,Thru 4 weeks after revision

Here they are. Only have a fully flaccid at the 2 week point, surgeon wanted a little more time till inflation. So here is the fully flaccid CX style. Don't have breakdown on what is implant and what is RTE but overall is 25cm versus the 23cm for the LGX replaced. file13-20170914.jpg Here is the fro...

Re: Size....

Larry, look at the posts I made with pictures. You will see what an old fat man with an implant looks like. Dr. didn't give me the sizing on my new CX. The earlier pictures are with 21cm LGX with 2cn of RTE. Hope they help.

Re: Day 4 past implant

quick calculation for approximation implant length * .4 gets you inches of implant. Multiply by 2/3 to get what sticks out plus or minus chance and your tissues. 22 * .4 = 8.8 8.8 * 2/3 = 5.8 approximately.

Re: Flaccid/Deflated Position?

I now have an AMS CX implant and at 4 weeks I put it pointing head up against my pubic area and hold it in place with my briefs. I wear jeans all the time so the heavy fly area on them hides things well. On my CX I find that if I get it too deflated it kinks when I let it bend over and that is not p...
