Best I’ve found is to slowly pump up while getting oral.

I am close to four years with my Titan and have the Genesis pump. Robo is correct Dr Perito told me at my surgery the original pump was well tested and mostly trouble free. We love my implant and use it every chance possible lol. Fortunately I have never had any problems and the surgery went great. ...
