Re: What surgeons are willing to trim larger cylinders instead of using RTEs?
No, you're backwards. A 21/21.5 will get a 22cm. In essence, Eid is willing to make a custom 21.5cm implant. Nobody knows exactly how much can be trimmed. .5cm is about the best guess, maybe a little more. If you search for Titan implants & look at the glan end you'll see that there is only a v...

Re: What surgeons are willing to trim larger cylinders instead of using RTEs?
I know Eid does and I think Clavell too, but are there any others? Has anyone asked another surgeon to do it and been rejected? Just my opinion. I'm pretty sure that Coloplast doesn't approve modifying their product. We won't even talk about if the FDA has a policy on it. Eid does use RTE's. If you...

do you think not using rte is better than using them?
It is best to avoid RTEs as they cause wobbly erections and possibly a lower erection angle

Re: Floppy Glans concerns because of scar tissues / Peronyies
FYI I know of a patient who was told by Dr Eid that an implant likely wouldn't fix his curvature as bends just below the glans don't receive much straightening force.

Re: questions for guys with titan implant
Dr Eid uses peno-scrotal and has you cycling from day 3 so the surgical method is irrelevant Eid is the only penoscrotal surgeon that I have heard of who allows cycling so early. The penoscrotal surgeon I consulted said I couldn't start doing that until 4 wks after surgery. I think ThailandBound's ...

Re: questions for guys with titan implant
You infrapubic guys start cycling way earlier than us penoscrotal guys it seems. I’m 27 days in now, 60% activated (which gets old) for 2 more weeks. There is no way in hell i could have been squeezing my scrotum a week in. I’m only now feeling my way around the pump. Feeling, not squeezing anythin...
