Re: Loss of length and sensitivity
At eight weeks post op, I was still very much experiencing a loss of what I was used to for sensation. Now at just about 10 months out, I have 1) regained a good deal of the sensation I was used to, especially in the glans, and 2) very much appreciate the 'new' sensations that I have learned to unde...

Re: Done...Bionic as of Weds 10/5!
Bob, Congrats on the surgery and your report seem to indicate your recovery is stellar. You're still early in the process of recovery, so don't get too comfortable or impatient and move to fast. Even if you are relatively pain free, keep in mind a lot of work was done. There are sutures inside as we...

In the news: Biker's penis hit by lightning
A Croatian motorbiker will be praying that the old adage 'lightning never strikes twice' rings true. Unlucky Ante Djindjic, 29, from Zagreb was knocked unconscious when lightning struck his penis during a quick roadside toilet break.Djindjic said: "I don't remember what happened. One minute I ...

Re: If a woman touch your scrotum
And the implant may not be for everybody. That's fine. But I have to tell you, I (we) can incorporate inflating my implant into our foreplay much easier than excusing myself to do an injection. Or scheduling intercourse so that you can go use the VED and put on the constrictor rings. I certainly don...

Re: Considering Implant
Mstone, St. Louis is not too far from Denver. :) I think Southwest and Frontier have direct flights between the two. And in St. Louis I have a most excellent recommendation, should you want it. At this point, you need a doctor who will be your advocate with BC/BS. My implant was covered to the maxim...

Re: Not Activated!
Hi Jake,
I actually activated my implant myself. Wasn't planning on it, but that what can happen when you get curious. Certainly give it a few pumps--get a semi, and then deflate. Get to know the mechanicals. Repeat a few times before 'going all the way'. Oh, and have fun.

Re: Prosthesis activation
Hi Larry, It is unfortunate that you found a doctor who doesn't care about his patients. I am sorry you have been left with so little support from the medical team. I hope that the implant guys on FT will come to your aide. I received my AMS LGX700 on December 20, 2010. I have just recently had my s...

Jake,
I'm sorry I am late getting to your introductory post. All the best on your surgery and recovery. The first few days will be the worst, be patient and keep your butt in bed or the recliner .
