I didn't even know this was possible with an implant. Is there a risk of them piercing the implant?

I would disagree. Clomid in men causes a world of issues. I have experienced them first hand and I agree with the above. Testosterone injections would be a much better way to raise test if not trying for a family. No reason for clomid otherwise.

I would also be keen to know how found the difference from pre to post op size? I've had terrible experiences at uclh and due to be back in again so looking for a uro who will actually care about cosmetics. What was your experience...
