Yes, I have the same thing, but on my left side of my head. It's really not that big of a deal for me. Although it does cause a little discomfort when my wife and I are having sex. Once it's past the opening of her vagina, it's ok.

I got my Titan implant in August of 2022, dog ears are part of having an implant. Should be no worries. Sometime I just give a few extra pumps to lesson them. Gives you a little more of a bulge to show, which you will get use to. I have never heard or read of anyone needing a revision because of them.
