Did anyone have dog ears for longer than a year? I’m coming up on 2 years post op and I still have a very large dog ear on one side of my shaft. For some reason today it’s been aching like it did the couple weeks after surgery.
Everyone seems to say they soften up but mine hasn’t.

Re: Psychological aspets
Following this topic because I can relate. I’m just about 2 years in and everything functions fine but it just doesn’t feel a part of me. I don’t feel like I’m the same from before the implant. I know I’m not. But my daily life has changed dramatically, it’s hard to work out, sleeping can be uncomfo...

Re: Would you get an implant if you were in my situation?
“Running out of revisions” is something we see posted about here a lot. Has there been anyone that’s posted that they ran out of revisions? That they can’t get an implant at all? If you can only have 4 surgeries then why wouldn’t you want them sooner? You’d rather fuck all you want in your 70s vs yo...

Re: Would you get an implant if you were in my situation?
Don’t show haw old you are and not sure where you’re located, but Dr Clavel in Houston specializes in pyronies and many other complications with ED. I would definitely set an appointment with him to discuss options and what he would think the results of an implant would do, and go from there. For su...

Re: Would you get an implant if you were in my situation?
Sounds similar to me. I had very rapid onset of peyronies and within a few weeks was up to a 70° curve to the right with narrowing. Also had pain, which was enhanced by sugar/carbs like you. Traction made it worse. Pentox helped with pain I guess, could’ve just been time passing. I could get an erec...

Re: This is changing my mind ( scar tissue )
The coloplast rep I talked to was on his 6th implant, doesn’t seem to stop him. Doctors can cut through scar tissue. They make serrated dilators to help cut through scar tissue. Worst case scenario you get a smaller implant as your 5th or 6th one, when you’re older. And by then who knows what doctor...

Some surgeons do the “tissue sparing” in their procedure where they push the cavernosa aside to fit the cylinders. But on a revision these are cut to get the implant out.

Re: Tubing/reservoir Move
fade3w, would you please explain "very difficult"? Is it painful? I wouldn’t say it’s painful per se. although after a heavy workout I feel some discomfort there, so my solution has been to not work out which is disappointing. I have a mild varicocele that gets agitated by the tubing if I...

Tubing/reservoir Move
Has anyone had a surgery to move their tubing and/or reservoir? I have very palpable tubing at the inguinal canal spot into my scrotum and it makes certain movements/moments in life very difficult, most notably when I move my bowels or when sleeping. Just wondering what guys’ experiences with this a...

Botox/Scrotox?
Hi all, been implanted for a year and half by now, and everything with the implant is fine but the issue is now my balls. I have a “mild” varicocele on the left side, which also happens to be the side with my reservoir tubing. They fight it out in my scrotum and the discomfort is getting to be too m...
