Did anyone have dog ears for longer than a year? I’m coming up on 2 years post op and I still have a very large dog ear on one side of my shaft. For some reason today it’s been aching like it did the couple weeks after surgery.

Some surgeons do the “tissue sparing” in their procedure where they push the cavernosa aside to fit the cylinders. But on a revision these are cut to get the implant out.
