Dog ear & filler
Been seeing more posts about filler with an implant which is promising. I want to get it done, already know the costs and recovery etc but wanted to ask a question about something I haven’t seen yet. My surgeon says HA filler will help alleviate the pesky dog ear problem that I have on the right sid...
Re: Grafting
Thanks, I appreciate the response as I am a bit lost here. I am also mid 30s, I guess in my case, the graft was not a good option? Yet they still did it with an implant? I was going to book in with Hakky but I might look into Clavell or Eid. Thanks again, J Being a patient of Dr Hakky I can recomme...
Re: Grafting
Dr Eid thinks grafting is better with an implant because the penis is stretched out all the time, thus there is no bunching or retraction of the graft which can lead to failure. I had a large plaque mass that Dr Eid wanted to graft, put in one malleable rod (as like a scaffolding), to keep in place...

Re: Urofill 6/14
What’s the recovery like after the filler? Did any of you guys travel to Atlanta, any discomfort on the plane or in the car afterwards?

Re: Resvoir herniation
From what I’ve read, herniation mostly happens within the first month or so, maybe 6 weeks max. Usually caused by vomiting or straining since the reservoir isn’t fully “sealed” in place right away. I wasn’t comfortable lifting or squatting for over 6 months. I was probably being over cautious but di...

Re: NESBIT DONE DURING IMPLANTATION
Correct me if I’m wrong but can’t the Nesbit be undone? My understanding is it’s a stitch that is placed to pull your longer side down to straighten you out. There’s a chance a Nesbit procedure can fail which is when the stitch pops out and you’re back to square one. But if you get the Nesbit revers...

Re: Peronie (hourglass) and psychogenic ED: dilemma
I could still get hard before my implant. But because of Peyronie’s it was useless, 60° curve, dent, thinning of the shaft, pain, all that. I was wrecked mentally and spoke with several surgeons about my options and decided since an implant was my eventual reality I went ahead and got it. No more c...

Re: Peronie (hourglass) and psychogenic ED: dilemma
Immediately post op it didn’t look great but the curve was down to about 20°. Once I started cycling it was straight and wider. By a month after surgery I was straight as an arrow and wider than ever.

Mine is a lot more pronounced than that. Picture a straw bent in half, sharp edges
