I have Titan 18+1 RTE.
My girth fully inflated is around 5.5 inches.
My length, fully inflated is 5.5 inches.
After radical prostatectomy, I lost 2+ inches of length and some girth.
My girth after RP and befor implant was barely 3.75 inches.

I personally prefer to stay local.
My first implant was done on 9/5/18 in Houston.
Upcoming revision scheduled for December 2 and also here in Houston but just by different urologist.

I wish you good luck with your implant and excellent outcome for your full satisfaction. For most of us here, pain was tolerable with just OTC pain meds. You will need to take it easy first week.

My erection angle was 2:30 when fully inflated. Was happy with my erection angle.
I was never happy with my soft deflated angle which never went lower than 4:30.

Forgot to post about angle.
My inflated is mostly between 105 and 120 degrees or 2:30 to 3:00.
I am was very happy with my erection angle when I was able to use.
Now, pain is limiting my inflation.
